Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available for registered guests. Parking passes must be displayed as required by the resort.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted per HOA regulations.
No Smoking: Sterling Shores is a smoke-free community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and throughout all common areas, including the pool and beach access areas.
No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and events are not allowed.
Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 19 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.
Resort Information
Sterling Shores is a family-friendly resort with quiet hours and community rules enforced by the HOA. We kindly ask all guests to respect neighboring owners and vacationers.
Beach Information
The beach is just a short walk away via the resort's private beach access. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are typically available through the beach service during the season.
Weather & Seasonal Amenities
Florida weather can change quickly, especially during the summer months. Resort amenities, including the beachfront snack bar and heated pool, may operate seasonally or have adjusted hours.
