Stairs Required: This is a three-story home. Guests must use stairs to access the second-floor bedrooms and third-floor bunk room.
Community Pool: Pool access is subject to community rules, hours, and occasional maintenance closures.
Beach Access: The beach is just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy Panama City Beach's famous white sand and emerald waters.
Garage Game Area: The garage features an arcade basketball game and foosball table for guest enjoyment.
Parking: Free parking is available in the garage and driveway. Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the grass.
BBQ Grill: Guests are welcome to use the grill. Please clean it after use and ensure it is turned off when finished.
No Parties or Events: To respect our neighbors and community, parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
Security Cameras: For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
Wildlife & Insects: As with most Florida coastal areas, you may occasionally encounter insects or local wildlife. Keeping doors and windows closed will help prevent them from entering the home.
