Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and an open layout perfect for gathering. The main level features a bunk room with it's own full bath, and an entertainment room with pool table. The upstairs offers a cozy living room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area on the kitchen island. The primary suite features a spa inspired wet room with a soaking tub and tiled shower. The 2nd floor loft offers a full bed and seating area. Step outside to enjoy multiple decks, an outdoor fireplace, a hot tub with forest views, and a fire pit for evening s’mores under the stars.
Guests will enjoy convenient access with our smart locks. For easy and secure entry, a unique access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. This code ensures that only you and your party have access to the property during your stay. Guests have exclusive access to the entire lodge, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the hot tub, fire pit, and parking.
Throughout your stay at the Hickory Springs Lodge, your host will be readily accessible via the Airbnb app messaging system. Sunrise Springs is a peaceful, wooded community close to everything Broken Bow has to offer. You’ll be minutes from Hochatown’s dining, breweries, wineries, and boutique shops, as well as Beavers Bend State Park for hiking and kayaking, Broken Bow Lake for boating and fishing, and Choctaw Landing Casino for nightlife. The setting offers both seclusion and convenience, making it the perfect base for your getaway.
A car is necessary for getting around in this area, as public transportation options are limited. The cabin is located in a peaceful, wooded setting, and while it offers a quiet retreat, it’s just a short drive away from all the best attractions.
•The roads to the cabin are paved and well-maintained, though the driveway itself is gravel.
•Free parking is available on-site for up to 2–3 vehicles.
•Local attractions (Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, dining, shops) are within a 10-15 minute drive.
For the most part, it’s a car-dependent area, but the peaceful, natural surroundings make it worth the drive!
Hickory Springs Lodge House Rules and Additional Disclosures:
1. No Smoking or Vaping: To protect guest comfort, no smoking or vaping inside or on the property.
2. No Illegal Drugs: Strictly forbidden on the premises.
3. Firearms and Fireworks: For safety and tranquility, no firearms or fireworks allowed on the property.
4. Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 9 guests at all times for safety and quality.
Additional Disclosures:
1. Video Surveillance: Continuous security camera at driveway.
2. Violation Penalty: A $500 fine for rule violations ensures safety and comfort for all guests.
3. Note: The indoor/outdoor fireplace is unavailable from May 1 through September 30 due to seasonal weather conditions and safety considerations.
